San Roque

The San Roque area is one of Santa Barbara’s favorite neighborhoods. It is located northwest of downtown and it’s admired for its diverse architectural themes making the neighborhood beautiful and diverse in styles. A perk of this area is it’s inland enough to avoid too much fog, keeping the temperatures warmer than coastal neighborhoods. With shopping and restaurants as their backyard, San Roque residents don’t have to travel far for necessities.
